Sarah holds a BA in Psychology, an MS in Psychology, and is currently working on her MS in Social Work. She is currently an Advanced CASAC working in an outpatient setting where she brings her therapy trained border collie mix, Sawyer James, with her in order to assist with therapy for her patients. When Sarah isn't working, she's spending time with family, reading, or watching a movie or show in order to review it. She is a co-founder of Cape & Castle and Editor-In-Chief.
