Shipperland, Episode 4: One Chicago

It’s been quite a while since you heard from us last and we decided to come back with a bang! But more than that, we decided to try and unite a few fandoms while we were at it. So what better fandom to talk about than the One Chicago fandom? They have a lot of controversial ships and sometimes the fandoms can find themselves at odds.

The Ships

Not only did we talk about ships that are currently happening and ships of the past, but we also talked about ships we see in the future. While Christine is and always will be a hardcore Linstead shipper, I found myself moving on and becoming an Upstead shipper. But that doesn’t make the relationship between us change. We are still very much best friends. We are just best friends that can give each other a hard time about even more things now.

So we decided to talk about what we love about the two ships with all of you. And we also spoke about the controversial ships Dawsey and Brettsey. Which Christine and Sarah were once again on different sides of. But we hope that by listening to us talk about how our difference in shipping preferences make our relationship even stronger, that all of you can find a way to get along as well. We all love One Chicago and we all feel differently about each character and their relationship. But that doesn’t mean we can’t be kind or understanding to one another about those ships. Love what you love and be passionate about it. But don’t treat each other unkindly. Or let shipping preferences change your friendships. So give our latest Shipperland episode a listen!
