Critics’ Choice Awards 2020: Full List of Nominees and Winners

The 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards were another chance for Disney to bring awards home. After the disappointing results of the Golden Globes, this new ceremony was more exciting for the production company from the very start.

Indeed, Disney had earned 22 nominations across categories: two for Best Picture and even more for Best Supporting Actor/Actress (20th Century Fox’s Ford v Ferrari and Fox Searchlight’s Jojo Rabbit on top of Best Comedy); Best Animated Picture for Frozen II, Toy Story 4; The Lion King, Frozen II and Aladdin received nominations for Best Song; and two Marvel movies Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far from Home were running for Best Action Movie, with an additional nomination for Best Sci-fi Movie for the former.

So much recognition that is already a great victory.

Disney went home with 5 wins tonight: Endgame for both Best Action Movie and Best Visual Effects; Toy Story 4 for Best Animated Picture; ABC’s Live in Front of a Studio Audience for Best Comedy Special, and up-and-coming Roman Griffin Davis for Best Young Actor/Actress in Jojo Rabbit.

Find below the complete list of nominees and winners of the 25th annual ceremony of Critics’ Choice Awards.

Category winners are in bold.
